Album cover research

This Album follows the theme of their name. Wu-Tang relates to martial arts therefore explaining the masked ninja esq dressed rappers. The album follows a certain palette of yellows, purples and oranges representing royalty or higher status, maybe suggesting they are the highest, most skilled rappers around. Their covered faces giving off aggressive vibes that is similar to the style of rap. In this album cover there is a very bluey purple palette that portrays a mysterious, erry atmosphere. That is enhanced the image of the dead person in the trunk and the figure of a man and child standing on a pier. This is then juxtaposed with the childish font of the words "slim Shady in multicolour. This gives a murderous impression of the rapper Eminem. This is also portrayed by the huge moon that has connotations of werewolves or lunatics (Luna).
